Mingo County was established on January 30th 1895 from Logan County. The county as named in honor of the Mingo Indian Tribe that had been the earliest known settlers of the region. This sweatshirt features the silhouette of the county, flanked by "Young. Wild. Free", which is a nod to the fact Mingo County is West Virginia's youngest county.
